Artist Naamloozz finds inspiration everywhere. On Bonaire he was most fascinated by all the colors of the houses. The contrast with Holland where colors are moderate, dull, let’s not upset the neighbours, couldn’t be bigger. This colorful, free spirited and individual look of Bonaire is surely reflected in this painting.
